You can set or change your Risk or Loss Limit at any time by contacting Customer Services to request an amount as well as a recurring period of daily, weekly or monthly (every 30 days).
Please note that when you request an increased amount or a shorter recurring period, this request is subject to a 72-hour cooling off period. If you change your mind during this period, you may contact Customer Services to cancel your request. Otherwise, the new limit will replace the current limit once the 72 hours have elapsed. All other Loss Limit change requests take effect within 72 hours of your request being received by Customer Services.
