You will be unable to create an account if you already have a Pinnacle account, as we only allow one account per customer. If you see an error message saying "Need more information" when you attempt to create an account, please contact Customer Services with your name, country and email address.


You will also not be able to create an account if you are registered at Spelpaus. In this instance, you will not be able to create an account with us until your exclusion time at Spelpaus has expired.
