There are several reasons why you may be unable to log in to your account:
New account - not yet activated
If you have a newly created account, you will need to activate it by clicking on the activation link that was sent to the email address you registered when signing up. Please check your inbox.
If you did not receive an activation link, please go to the Sign Up page (accessible via Join on the Homepage) and ask for a new activation link at the bottom of the page.
Multiple failed login attempts
If you have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to log in to your account, it may have been suspended for your protection. Please contact Customer Services to receive instructions on how to unblock your account.
If you suspect that you may be experiencing a technical issue preventing you from logging in to your account, please take a screenshot of the error (whenever possible ensuring that the error message and the URL is clearly visible). Please send us the screenshot using the Contact Us feature on the website and we will be able to assist you individually.

Please note that if you are registered at Spelpaus you will not be able to log in to your Pinnacle account.
